24-Volt Conveyors

When it comes to moving products, 24-volt conveyors are a green choice. They only run when you need them, which means they use much less power than a traditional live roller conveyor. The result is a quieter conveyor system with less wear and tear, and fewer maintenance requirements.

At RMH Systems, we understand the unique challenges your company faces. Our experienced team can help you overcome them through custom material handling automation services designed to maximize your profits.

What is a 24-Volt Conveyor?

A 24-volt conveyor, also called a DC roller conveyor, most commonly handles cases, but some versions handle pallets. This type of conveyor is known for its compact design, quiet operation and variable-speed adjustments. It’s similar to a motor-driven conveyor, but MDR conveyors use more energy and tend to wear out more quickly.

If your company handles fragile products or wants to avoid bottlenecks, ask us 24-volt zero-pressure accumulation conveyors. These conveyors hold items in zones, preventing them from touching each other as they’re conveyed.

Our engineers can help you design a 24v conveyor that meets your company’s unique needs. Contact us for more information about our warehouse conveyors.
